Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA), UK


The Corporation of Executive & Administrators (CEA) is a unique International Professional Body incorporated in Great Britain in the year 1981 as a Limited by Guarantee with No Shares and Non- Profit Making, Quasi Charity Professional Educational Institution. CEA incorporated as a Professional Body under the UK company acts 1948 to 1981 section of SIC (92) with dedicated company act code of 9112 offering legitimate UK Accredited Professional Educational Qualifications.

At the time of incorporation, CEA included in the memorandum of article of the authority of awarding International Vocational Diplomas and Professional Certified Memberships via dedicated Faculties with appropriate designated letters. This is implemented as per the By Laws of the Memorandum of Association of incorporation under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1980 with the Registration Number 1586873.

The CEA is an accredited non-governmental organisation, whose aims are to ensure that the Discipline of Professionalism and Bench Marks are implemented to all members who are in practise that they meet the needs of the markets and the communities that they served.

We must commemorate the founders of CEA who had foreseen in the early eighties the importance in recognising the endorsement for working professionals and elevating them to a Professional Level. To this effect, CEA has facilitated in its Memorandum of Articles, the formation of Faculties to offer membership in various disciplines, with appropriate titles.
